Secured Credit Notice

A UCC Financing Statement is a legal form filed by a secured creditor to give public notice that it has or may have an interest in the personal property of a debtor (a borrower or buyer). This statement is mainly used in the United States under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) to perfect a security interest.
