An employee recruitment event where an employer seeks to attract and identify potential candidates for employment. This relates to immigration law, where for some matters, employers must demonstrate that there are no qualified U.S. workers available for the position and that hiring a foreign worker will not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of similarly employed U.S. workers.
