Usufruct is a legal right granted to an individual to use, enjoy, and derive benefit from another's property without altering its substance or depleting its value. Common in civil law systems, this arrangement allows the usufructuary to exploit the property for a specified period or for their lifetime, after which the property reverts back to the owner or another designated party
